DI BIASE HAIR EXTENSIONS USA, LLC, RETURN POLICY

Our high quality hair extensions are 100% human hair and the processing that creates a finished product is almost entirely performed with human hands, including the washing, coloring, and packaging. While we strive to provide consistency, the nature of hair extensions as being fundamentally human means a certain amount of variation is to be expected and considered normal. Further, because hair products are not permitted to be re-used, we adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. Our policy on returns, exchanges, and defective products reflects a balancing of these types of considerations that are particular to the hair extension industry.

Terms and conditions:

Except as stated herein, all hair product sales are FINAL.

  1. A) RETURNS and EXCHANGES. Returns are at the discretion of Di Biase Hair USA, LLC. Returns and/or exchanges will be applied as credit to your Di Biase Hair USA, LLC, account. EXCHANGES can be made if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of pur- chase. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Di Biase Hair USA, LLC, unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly. All merchandise must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, all tags attached (NO EXCEPTION), packaged, and saleable condition for a refund or exchange. Not following this policy will result in us declining your return and you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to ship package back to you.
  2. B) DEFECTIVE ITEMS. If an item is defective or seriously nonconforming, we will accept it back and provide a refund as long as we have an opportunity to receive the product back for analysis and confirm the defect. In some cases, we may also accept other sorts of verification, such as photographs, but that is only where the product is unavailable for re-delivery due an understandable circumstance. We will not be responsi- ble for any defect unless 1) you tell us of the defect within five days of the time you discover or ought to have discovered the defect, and 2) we are given a reasonable opportunity of examining the items and, if requested, you return the items to us at your expense for examination (if we agree that the goods are defective, we will refund the expense). We will not be liable for any defect if 1) you use the items after telling us about the de- fect or 2) the defect arises through misuse or inappropriate storage of the items. An error in application is not considered a defect in the product. The extent of our liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund of any defective item and there shall be no liability for incidental or consequential damages.
